Questions

Where do the JCI questions come from?

Each question is drawn from the JCI Accreditation Standards for Hospitals, 8th edition, and the International Patient Safety Goals, and names the standard it comes from with a link to the regulator's own page. The facts were checked against jointcommission.org on 15 October 2026.

Does the score predict my JCI accreditation?

No. The score shows where your evidence is strong and where it is thin, section by section, so you know what to work on first. JCI decides the accreditation after its own assessment.

Does JCI endorse this quiz or wai?

Joint Commission International registers and rates providers. It does not approve, certify or endorse software, wai included, and software cannot earn an accreditation on a provider's behalf. wai keeps the records your team uses to show JCI how care is delivered, and JCI decides the accreditation.

What happens to my answers?
