How commission works
Clinician
£50 once the clinician has paid for two months. They start with £50 off their first paid month, the same credit as Refer a colleague. The rate is the same on your first referral and your five hundredth.
Admin
10% of an Admin pilot once the pilot invoice is paid, or 10% of a monthly contract. Paid once, on the first deal with that clinic. Renewals and later contracts do not earn again.
Tracking
Your link and your code carry the referral from the first click. An Admin introduction stays linked to you while the clinic makes up its mind, however long that takes.
Getting paid
Monthly, in GBP or USD, once your balance clears the minimum. Tax forms are collected before your first payout, and you are responsible for tax on your earnings.
What does not count
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, anyone already using wai, and refunded accounts.
The 90-day sprints
When it starts
The day you sign up, so the window is yours from the beginning.
Clinician sprint
£2,500 when 100 clinicians you referred have paid for their first month inside your 90 days.
Admin sprint
£10,000 for 35 qualifying Admin deals inside your 90 days. A pilot qualifies, and so does any contract of three months or more.
The rules
Both bonuses are paid on top of commission and are the only extra money in the program. Free trials count once they pay, refunded accounts do not count, and each person or organization gets one 90-day window.
Labelling your posts

At the start of the post, the caption or the video. Not in a comment, not behind a “more” link, and not at the end. In the UK this follows ASA and CMA guidance. In the US it follows the FTC’s Endorsement Guides.

If you are a clinician, declare your relationship with wai in line with your regulator’s guidance, share an opinion only if you have used it, and never post identifiable patient information.

Program terms
  1. Commission is paid only on clinicians and clinics who are new to wai and sign up through your link or code.
  2. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts do not earn commission, and refunded accounts do not count toward earnings or sprint targets.
  3. Clinician commission is confirmed after two paid months. Admin commission is paid once, on the first deal with that clinic.
  4. Every affiliate earns the same rates. Perks unlock at 50 and 150 referrals, and the sprint bonuses are the only extra money.
  5. Label every post, video, newsletter or message about wai clearly as an ad, at the start.
  6. Only share an opinion about wai if you have used it, and use only the claims in your kit.
  7. Clinicians must declare their relationship with wai, in line with their professional regulator’s guidance.
  8. Never share identifiable patient information.
  9. Do not compare wai with other named products.
  10. We do not pay for posts and we do not buy ads. Talk to us before you put money behind anything that carries your link.
  11. If you are a US healthcare provider, additional terms apply before approval.
  12. wai may amend or end the program at any time. Earnings already confirmed will be paid.
Questions
Who can become an ambassador?
Anyone clinicians and clinic teams already listen to. Clinicians who teach or write, the people who run practices, the accountants and consultants who advise them, educators, and creators with a healthcare audience.
Do I need to use wai myself?
No, but you may only give an opinion about wai if you have used it. Everything else you share comes from your kit, where every claim is already checked.
How do I talk about wai with my audience?
In your own words. There are no scripts and no approval queue. Stay inside the claims in your kit, never share identifiable patient information, and do not compare us with other named products.
How do I label my posts?
Clearly, at the start, every time. If you are a clinician, declare the relationship in line with your regulator's guidance as well.
What does my colleague receive?
£50 off their first month of wai Clinician. The introduction is worth something to them before it is worth anything to you.
How do earnings work?

I already use wai. Can I join?
Clinicians on a paid plan earn account credit through Refer a colleague, which is usually the better deal. If you also have an audience, say so when you apply and we will sort out which fits you.
Does it cost anything?
No, at any point.
Do the rates rise as I refer more?
No, and that is the point. Everybody earns the same. What changes at 50 and 150 introductions is what we make with you.
Do creators earn more?
No. Creator partners earn the same rates. What they get on top is a 30-day trial of wai and a free health consultation at The Wellness.
