wai is an AI medical scribe and clinic operating system for private clinics and doctors in the United States and the United Kingdom. The scribe, the front desk and the patient Profile read one record, and a person signs or approves everything before it leaves the clinic.
wai began inside The Wellness, a private practice that grew tired of watching brilliant clinicians spend their evenings typing. We built the scribe first, for ourselves. Then the desk asked for one. Then the patients did.
Today the platform runs consults, front desks and patient Profiles in London, Miami, New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles, always on one principle, the intelligence does the work and a human signs it.
