Your colleague starts with a trial week, like everyone, and your invitation link carries your name to their account. It needs no code.
You earn an extra week once your colleague has paid for their first month. A trial that never converts earns nothing.
Your earned weeks show in your account and come off your next invoice. They offset the subscription and are never paid out in cash.
Weeks apply to Clinician and Clinician Plus subscriptions only. They cannot be applied to Admin or pilot fees.
You can earn up to five weeks a month on Clinician, or eight a month on Clinician Plus. An earned week expires a year after it is earned.
Both parties must be verified, practising clinicians. Referrals are tied to each clinician’s verification status.
wai may amend or end the referral programme at any time. Weeks already earned will be honoured.
