Everything your patients feel, between the visits

The visit is twenty minutes. These are the other days. Each one is built with private clinics in London, New York, Miami and Dubai, and each is a place to partner with us.

What we are building

A clinic your patients never have to chase

Every scribe now writes the note. That was the easy part. What a patient remembers about your clinic happens in the other hundred and sixty-seven hours of the week, in the question at nine at night, the result read alone, the plan half forgotten by the car park.

We are building the system that runs those hours for a private clinic, before, during and after the room. Your doctors, in your name, reachable in minutes, with the whole record in front of them and a person approving everything that reaches a patient.

We build it with clinics in London, New York, Miami and Dubai, on each market's rules, and the clinics that join early decide what it becomes.

What piles up

Results, questions, plans and recalls arriving faster than any team can carry them, most of them outside opening hours.

What it costs you

Lying awake wondering what was missed, and practising below the standard you set for yourself when you opened the doors.

Why it is wrong

A patient should never be missed because a person was busy, and nobody should have to manage their own care.

The features

Eight ways your clinic is there between the visits

How it fits together

One patient, one week, one record

Each feature works alone. Together they are one system on one record, so every step knows what happened in the last. Here is a week for Nadia, an invented patient at your clinic.

  1. Monday evening

wai Profile, a patient's conversation with Continue with a doctor offered under the assistant's reply

    Nadia asks for a doctor

    Doctor on demand
  2. Minutes later

wai Clinicians, the patient's allergy and medicines carried into the case

Her doctor sees her history first

    Patient memory
  3. Monday evening

wai Profile, Dr Harcourt explaining a raised TSH in plain words

Her result, in her doctor's words

    Results explained
  4. Tuesday

wai Profile, the patient writing to the clinic in Arabic

    She writes back in Arabic

    Multilingual care
  5. Tuesday

wai Profile, family and carer access, giving someone access by email and relationship

    She gives her daughter access

    Family and carer access
  6. Wednesday

wai Profile, a repeat prescription tracked from signed to collected

    Her prescription, tracked to collection

    After-visit companion
  7. Thursday

wai Clinicians, a referral letter drafted and waiting to be signed

A referral drafted from her record

    Specialist opinions
  8. Six weeks on

wai Profile, a blood draw at home in the patient's bookings

Her repeat test, booked at home

    Proactive care

Bring a week of your own patients and we will draw it for your clinic.

Why join now

The clinics that join now decide what this becomes

We are building the after-visit companion and specialist opinions with partner clinics now. Partnering means building them on your patients, your doctors and your rules, with the people writing the software.

Shape what we build

Design partners use the features before anyone else and tell us what to change. What you ask for lands in the product other clinics get.

Set up on your clinic

We set each feature up with your doctors, your prices and your rules, in your market, and change it as you learn.

Talk to the builders

Your feedback goes to the team writing the software, not to a ticket queue.

Start with a pilot

Groups can begin with our sixty day pilot, with three success measures agreed with your medical director before day one.

The pilot's terms are on its own page. Every credential we hold is listed with its status and date on our security page.

Questions

What owners and medical directors ask first

What is wai, beyond the scribe?

The system that runs the patient's whole week around your clinic. It writes the note, and it also brings your doctors to patients in minutes, explains results, keeps the plan going after the visit and reaches patients when something is due.

Do we have to use every feature?

No. Clinics start with the one that matters most to them and add others when they are ready. They share one record, so each one makes the next better.

Can a clinic use all of these today?

Six of them run in clinics today. We are building the after-visit companion and specialist opinions with partner clinics now, and the clinics that join shape them.

Does anything reach a patient without a person approving it?

No. Drafts are held for your team to approve, and anything clinical is signed by a doctor.

Does it work outside the UK?

Yes. The same product runs in the UK, the US and the UAE, on each market's rules, with each clinic's records hosted in its own country.

How do we become a design partner?

Tell us which feature matters most to your clinic. We will show it to you on your own patients and doctors, then set it up with you.

Tell us what your patients need between visits

Show us a week at your clinic and we will show you where each of these would change it, then build the first one with you.
