Every result, explained in your doctor's words

Results reach the patient with the doctor's own comment on top and a plain explanation of every marker underneath, so they understand what it means for them before they think to worry.

The problem

A number without a sentence from the doctor is the start of a worried evening

The doctor

You write the same three lines about ferritin forty times a month, and the patients who did not get them write to ask.

The owner

Results are the moment a patient decides whether your clinic was worth the price, and right now that moment is a PDF.

The patient

One marker is flagged in red, the clinic is closed, and the internet has an opinion about what it means.

How it works

Three steps, and your clinic decides each one

  1. wai Profile, the TSH result on its range bar, marked above the usual range

    The result arrives

Results land in the doctor's inbox with anything abnormal at the top. Normal panels can go straight to the patient. Anything you choose is held until a doctor has seen it.

  2. wai Clinicians, the doctor's own saved phrases for results

    The doctor adds a sentence

The doctor writes a line, or picks one of their own from before, and wai drafts the message around it in the doctor's words. Nothing is sent until the doctor presses send.

  3. wai Profile, the patient asking a question in the same thread as the result

    The patient can ask

The patient reads the comment, then a plain explanation of every marker. If they ask a question the explanation cannot answer, it goes back to the doctor in the same thread.

See it on your own patients and your own doctors, in thirty minutes on video.

What changes

Patients understand their results the day they get them, and they remember who explained them

For patients

Understood the same day

The doctor's words come first and each marker is explained in plain language, in the patient's own language.

For doctors

Writing the sentence once

Your own phrasing is kept and offered back to you, so the fortieth ferritin takes a moment.

For the clinic

Fewer worried messages

Results that arrive explained are results nobody needs to write in about, and the ones that need a doctor reach one.

95.7%

of 8,139 patients wanted results released at once, and 16.5% of those with an abnormal result felt more worried after reading it.

Where it works

The same product in every market, on each market's rules

United Kingdom

When a result is released, and which are held for a doctor, is your clinic's policy. CQC expects results to be acted on and the action recorded, which the inbox does.

Part of the package or the test price the patient has already paid.

United States

The Cures Act information-blocking rule means most results are released at once, so the explanation has to arrive with the number. HIPAA governs the message.

Included in the visit or panel price, or billed as portal care where your doctor's time qualifies.

United Arab Emirates

Arabic and English explanations, with the record hosted in the country.

Included in the panel price.

Elsewhere

Release rules follow the clinic's own policy and the market's record law. The explanations are written for each market's units.

Included in the panel price.

Records are hosted in each clinic's own country under its rules. Every credential we hold is listed with its status and date on our security page.

Questions

What clinics ask us first

Does the AI tell patients what their results mean?

It explains what each marker measures and what the range means, in plain words. What the result means for this patient comes from the doctor, and that comment always comes first.

Can we hold abnormal results until a doctor has seen them?

Yes. You set which results go at once and which wait for a doctor, and a flagged value is always held.

Do patients see results in their own language?

Yes. The explanation and the doctor's comment can be read in the patient's language, and the doctor sees the English.

Which labs does it work with?

Results that reach the record, from your lab partners or uploaded by the patient. We set up the lab connections with your clinic.

What happens when a patient asks a question about a result?

The question goes to the doctor in the same thread, with the result attached. The doctor answers, or moves the patient to a call.
