Whoever the patient sees, the doctor already knows them
One record remembers everything the clinic has learned, from every visit, letter, result and message, and hands the doctor a brief before the patient sits down. Every fact shows where it came from.

- Every visit, letter and result
- Each fact

The problem
A patient who has to tell their story again has been told how much you remember
The patient
They paid for private care to be known, and the locum on Thursday asks them to start from the beginning.
The doctor
You have four minutes before the next patient and a record spread across letters, scans and a lab portal.
The owner
Your best doctors carry patients in their heads. When they leave, so does what they knew.
How it works
Three steps, and your clinic decides each one

Everything lands in one record
Notes, letters, results, scans, messages and what the patient tells the assistant are kept on one record, each fact stamped with where and when it came from.

A brief before every visit
When a patient is booked, the doctor gets a short brief of what has changed since last time and what is still open, each line linked back to its source.

Every answer shows its working
When the doctor or the patient asks the record a question, the answer cites the letter, result or visit it came from, so it can be checked in a click.
See it on your own patients and your own doctors, in thirty minutes on video.
What changes
Patients feel known by the whole clinic, not by one doctor in it
For patients
Never starting again
Any doctor they see already knows the history, the plan and what was agreed last time.
For doctors
Walking in prepared
A brief in the time it takes to read a paragraph, with the source a click away.
For the clinic
Knowledge that stays
What your doctors learn about a patient belongs to the clinic's record, not to one person's memory.

Where it works
The same product in every market, on each market's rules
United Kingdom
Health data is special category data under UK GDPR, so a DPIA comes first and access is by role. Patients can ask for their record and get it.

United States
Access follows HIPAA's minimum necessary standard, with a business associate agreement in place. Patients can export their record at any time.

United Arab Emirates
Records are kept in the country under Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 and retained for at least 25 years.

Elsewhere
Each clinic's record is hosted in its own country under that country's rules, and exportable on request.
Part of the clinic's wai plan.
Records are hosted in each clinic's own country under its rules. Every credential we hold is listed with its status and date on our security page.
Where does the record get its facts from?
From your own notes, letters, results and messages, and from anything the patient shares, such as an old letter or a wearable reading. Each fact keeps its source and its date.
Can the brief be wrong?
Any summary can be. That is why every line links to where it came from, and why the doctor reads the source before acting on it.
Can patients see what the clinic remembers?
They can see their own record, and they can tell the clinic when something is out of date.
What happens to the record if we leave?
It is yours. You can export every patient's record, and patients can ask for their own at any time.
Does it replace our practice management system?
It can run alongside it. We set up the connections your clinic needs, and only connections that exist are listed on our integrations page.
