Your licence does not change, because MOH remains the licensing authority and licences are still granted in MOH's name. From 1 November 2026 the Health Sciences Authority administers HCSA licensing, inspections, audits and enforcement, and the portal and enquiry emails move to hsa.gov.sg.

What moves, and what stays

MOH says the administration, licensing, inspection, audit and enforcement functions of its health regulation work move to HSA.1 HSA's own page sets the date. Phase 1 takes effect on 1 November 2026, and existing HCSA licences remain valid with no reapplication.2 Parliament passed the Health Sciences Authority (Amendment) and Other Matters Bill in September 2026.34
