Summary
Semble does not publish a price. On 22 September 2026 semble.io had no pricing page, no pricing link in its navigation and no figure on its homepage, and the pricing URL returned a 404. Every Semble price circulating online comes from a third party rather than from Semble, so treat any number you find as somebody's estimate.
Semble is the incumbent in UK private practice and the scale is stated on its own site. Read on 22 September 2026, semble.io reports 17,000 healthcare professionals using it daily, 10 million patients treated, 21 million appointments and more than 80 specialities.
What it does not report is what any of that costs. The navigation runs Platform, Our Solution, Resources, Log in and Book a demo, with no pricing entry, and semble.io/pricing returns a 404. The route to a number is a demo.
That is a commercial choice rather than a fault in the software, and it is worth saying plainly because most practices searching for this figure assume they have simply failed to find the page. They have not. It does not exist.
See it in your clinicOur price is on one page, with no call in front of it.

What we checked
On 22 September 2026 we read semble.io directly. The homepage carries the usage statistics above and no price. The main navigation has no pricing item. The conventional pricing URL, semble.io/pricing, returns a 404 rather than redirecting anywhere.
The calls to action on the page are Log in, Book a demo and Discover the platform. There is no self serve sign up and no published rate card behind a form.
We will not repeat a Semble figure from a third party site, because we cannot check it and neither can you. If Semble publishes one, this page will carry it with the date it was read.
What sets the figure you are quoted
Four things move a practice management quote in this market, and they are worth knowing before the call rather than during it. The number of clinicians, the number of locations, which modules are included, and whether payments run through the vendor.
The module question is the one that moves it most. A diary and a record is one product. Telehealth, patient payments, connectors into labs and pharmacies, and data migration are usually priced on top, and a headline per user figure that excludes three of them is not comparable with one that includes them.
Migration is the cost that arrives once and is forgotten in the comparison. Ask any new supplier for it as a written figure, with who moves the records and who checks them named beside it.
What to get in writing
Ask for the per clinician monthly figure in pounds, including VAT or excluding it, stated either way. Ask what sits outside the base plan at that tier, by name rather than by category. Ask for the minimum seat count and the minimum term.
Then ask the question most buyers forget, which is what the rate becomes in year two. A first year rate is a discount unless the renewal is written down beside it.
Ask about card processing and patient messaging separately. Percentage fees on payments and per message SMS charges do not appear in a per user comparison and they are real money at clinic volume.
What Semble is good at
The integration surface is genuine. A practice already wired into particular labs, pharmacies and billing suppliers gets real value from connectors that already exist, and rebuilding those elsewhere is the hidden cost of leaving.
The scale is also its own argument. A product 17,000 clinicians open daily has been tested against more edge cases in UK private practice than most of the market, and the specialities it covers are unusually broad.
A practice that is happy with the record and the diary, and whose only complaint is that the price arrives in a conversation, has a commercial problem rather than a software one. That is worth naming before starting a migration.
Where wai is different
wai is not a lower priced practice management tool and does not claim to be. Semble stores the diary, the record and the invoice well, and a person still answers the enquiry, takes the booking, chases the result and drafts the letter.
wai is priced on that work instead. The enquiry is answered, the booking is taken, the note is composed from the consultation and the letter is drafted for approval, on one record, at a figure published on our pricing page with no call in front of it.
That is why the comparison is not licence against licence, and why a practice whose binding constraint is the monthly software bill should buy a system with a lower published price, such as Jane or Cliniko, and stop reading here. Clinicians still decide what enters the record and what reaches a patient.
Compare us on the number rather than the demo. Fifteen minutes, on your own workflows.

How much does Semble cost?
Semble does not publish a price. On 22 September 2026 semble.io had no pricing page, no pricing link in its navigation and no figure on its homepage, and semble.io/pricing returned a 404. Every Semble price circulating online comes from a third party, so treat any number you find as somebody's estimate.
Does Semble have a pricing page?
No. The navigation runs Platform, Our Solution, Resources, Log in and Book a demo, with no pricing entry, and the conventional pricing URL returns a 404 rather than redirecting. The route to a figure is a demo.
Why does Semble not publish prices?
Usually because the figure varies by clinician count, location count and which modules are included. It is a legitimate commercial choice. It also means the buyer needs a conversation before comparing.
What sets the Semble price I will be quoted?
The number of clinicians, the number of locations, which modules are included, and whether payments run through the vendor. Modules move it most, because telehealth, patient payments, lab and pharmacy connectors and data migration are usually priced on top of the diary and the record.
What does it cost to move off Semble?
This page does not quote a migration figure from any vendor. Ask any new supplier for onboarding and migration as a written figure, and budget beyond it for the fortnight of running both systems and for checking that recall lists export cleanly.
Which UK alternatives publish their prices?
Jane shows UK readers its prices in pounds. Cliniko publishes in United States dollars with no sterling equivalent. Our Semble alternatives guide sets out what each one costs.
How many practices use Semble?
Semble states 17,000 healthcare professionals use it daily across more than 80 specialities, with 10 million patients treated and 21 million appointments, read on semble.io on 22 September 2026. Those are its own published figures.
