What Halaxy is good at
Removing the reason not to start. A new practitioner in Australia can be running a diary, patient records and invoicing today for nothing, and decide later whether any chargeable feature is worth it. That is a real service to a market where most vendors want a card before you can test anything.

What free actually costs
