20 clinicians, 60 days, at the published list price. $14,000, credited in full against your first invoice if you go ahead.
A demo shows you the software. A pilot shows you your own clinic on it.
20 of your clinicians work in wai for 60 days, on their real consultations, with your templates and your letterheads. At the end you are not deciding on an impression. You are reading the three numbers you chose yourself, against the numbers you wrote down before anyone started.
20 clinicians at $350 a month, for two months, is $14,000. That is the same price published on the pricing page, with nothing added for the pilot and no setup charge. We do not run a pilot at no charge. If $14,000 is the obstacle, tell us and we will talk about the number of clinicians or the length of the term instead.
Named people, not seats held open. The measures only mean something if the clinicians behind them are the ones who see patients every day.
Two full billing cycles, so the measures cover a quiet week as well as a busy one. Long enough for the novelty to wear off.
20 Clinician licences at $350 a month for two months. Invoiced once, at the start.
Go ahead at the end and the whole $14,000 comes off the first invoice of the agreement. You pay for the 60 days once, as part of the term, rather than twice.
Agreed in writing with your medical director before day one, each with the number it has to reach and how it will be read. What they measure is yours to choose. Three is the limit, because three numbers can be read honestly at day 60.
Tell us by day 50 and the pilot ends on day 60. Say nothing and it becomes a 24 month agreement at the same list price, with the pilot fee credited against the first invoice. The conversion is automatic, which is why the date is on this page.
If the three measures are not met, you leave. The notice date does not apply, nothing converts, and every note, letter and record exports in a format you can read without us.
Nothing, if you want nothing to happen. The pilot runs to day 60 either way. Day 50 is the date your answer is due, and it sits ten days before the end so that neither of us is deciding a 24 month relationship in the last week of a trial. The measures will be written up and in front of your medical director before it.
A group with 20 or more clinicians and a medical director who will put their name to the measures. A single clinician does not need any of this: the Clinician plan is $350 a month and cancels in settings. See pricing for both.
Fifteen minutes on video, with a clinician who uses it every day. The three measures come out of that conversation, and your medical director signs them before day one.
