What the pricing page shows today

The free plan remains a way to evaluate the product. The current page lists AI documentation and clinical evidence with citations, while paid tiers add editing, templates, evidence sources and team tools.
A practice manager can now budget from the listed pound prices. Check the billing cycle, tax and feature list for the selected tier before comparing three products.
The last figure on record
Heidi once listed $150 a month, and our 12 September check found plan names without paid figures. That was a dated snapshot, not the current UK price. The 28 September UK page lists pound figures for three paid tiers.
We are not going to guess why the figures changed, and a vendor is entitled to price however it likes. What matters to a buyer is using the current page rather than an old number.
The older $150 figure was in dollars. A UK clinic quoting it from an old blog post is budgeting against a historical figure in the wrong currency.
What a UK clinic can budget against
Four published tiers give a starting point. Free is £0, Scribe Plus £45, Clinician £55 and Practice £65 per user per month on the UK page read 28 September 2026.
Check whether a displayed price uses annual or monthly billing, what tax applies, the minimum seat count and the features in that tier. A published figure does not answer every contract question.
Then hold it against the other products that publish. Cliniko shows six bands in dollars, set out in Cliniko pricing in the UK, and Wai publishes its figure in pounds on its pricing page.
What Heidi is good at
Starting. The free plan, the fourteen day trial and a genuinely quick setup make Heidi one of the easiest ways for a single clinician to find out whether an ambient scribe helps them at all, and that question is worth answering before any purchase.
The note itself is well regarded and the template handling is strong. For a clinician whose only problem is that consultations are typed up in the evening, Heidi addresses exactly that problem and addresses it well.
It is also honest about what the free tier is. The limits are stated on the page rather than discovered after a fortnight of use.
What we are not claiming
A published price is not automatically a lower price. Heidi's UK tiers now have figures, and a clinician who needs the note and nothing else may choose a narrower purchase. Compare the tools included at the tier you would use.
We are also not claiming Heidi's free plan has an equivalent here. Wai runs a fourteen day trial rather than a permanent free tier, and a clinician who wants to use an ambient scribe indefinitely at no cost should use Heidi's free plan.
