Concurrence alternatives

By the Wai teamSeptember 22, 20267 min read

Summary

Concurrence co-builds custom AI agents with health systems and published no pricing on 22 September 2026. The alternatives buyers shortlist are Corti, which publishes usage-based API pricing for developer teams, Infinitus and Hippocratic AI, which quote through sales, and Wai, a finished clinical AI platform for private clinics at a price published in full.

Concurrence used to be called Amigo. It co-builds AI agents with healthcare companies, raised an $11 million Series A reported in March 2026, and works at the health-system end of the market. On 22 September 2026 its site had no pricing page at all, so the only route to a number is a demo call. The four alternatives buyers actually shortlist are Corti, Infinitus, Hippocratic AI and Wai.

Concurrence knows exactly who it is for. Its own site names health systems, life sciences, the public sector and payers, and the case studies match, Eucalyptus at 200,000 patients and The Care Clinic across 34 locations, published on concurrence.com and read on 22 September 2026. If that is your world, the co-build is the point. A custom agent trained in simulation is a genuinely different purchase from a product you switch on.

Most people reading this page do not run a health system. You want a price and a start date. So here is what each alternative publishes, read from the vendor's own site on the date given. Where a vendor publishes nothing, we say so instead of repeating a number somebody else guessed.

What Concurrence is

Concurrence is Amigo with a new name, and the model is a co-build. Their team works alongside yours to define, train, deploy and monitor an agent for your clinical workflow, and the agent trains in a simulation setup they call Digital Residency, running what they say is millions of scenarios before it touches a patient. That is all from concurrence.com, read on 22 September 2026.

Their headline numbers are their own, so read them that way. Ten million patients reached, 24x ROI and a 100% safety record are stated on their homepage. The compliance page is genuinely strong, SOC 2 Type II audited, HIPAA attested, and HITRUST e1, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 in progress, read the same day.

They raised an $11 million Series A reported in March 2026, and they handle the EHR integration for you as part of the engagement. None of this is self-serve, and it is not trying to be.

The one that publishes a figure

Corti is the only one in this set with real numbers on its site, read on corti.ai on 22 September 2026. You start with $50 of free credits, spend from one balance across all their APIs, and speech to text is listed at $0.0065 a minute. Credits are valid for a year.

The catch is what you are buying. Corti sells APIs, speech to text, medical coding, note generation and an agent framework, and your engineers do the rest. If you have a dev team, usage pricing is the honest way to pay. If you do not, that $0.0065 buys the raw material, not the outcome.

The ones that quote

Infinitus builds AI agents and copilots for clinical and administrative phone calls, and its pricing page asks you to make contact for a quote, read on infinitus.ai on 22 September 2026. It does at least explain the shape of a deal, annual platform and license fees plus usage priced per task or minute, or a subscription, with discounts for multi-year contracts and monthly minimums.

Hippocratic AI publishes nothing on price, read the same day. It announced a $126 million Series C at a $3.5 billion valuation in November 2025 and sells safety-first, patient-facing agents to large providers, which puts its buying motion in the same place as Concurrence's, demo first, number later.

A quote is not a red flag by itself, because enterprise software really is scoped. But before you compare any of them, get four things in writing, the per-unit price, the minimum commitment, what sits outside the base plan, and what the rate becomes in year two.

Build, buy, or have it built

These four are three different kinds of purchase. Corti is build, where your engineers assemble agents from APIs. Concurrence is have it built, where their team designs, trains and deploys a custom agent with you. Wai is buy, where you turn on a finished product and you are live the same week.

Each one hides its cost somewhere different. Build has the lowest sticker price and the highest internal cost. Co-build fits the deepest and takes the longest, and the Concurrence demo is a 30-minute call before any number exists at all. Buy gives you the least customization and the fastest start. For a clinic without engineers, that is usually the trade you are already making, whether you say it out loud or not.

Where Wai is different

Wai is not a smaller Concurrence, and we are not trying to be. It is a finished clinical AI platform for private clinics, notes, letters, coding, the front desk and recalls, all on one patient record, at a price published in full on our pricing page, with no setup fee.

It was built inside a working London clinic, and it shows in what it covers, the whole day rather than one scoped workflow. You can see it on your own cases and be live this week. Your clinicians still decide what goes into the record and what reaches a patient.

What we are not claiming

We do not know what Concurrence, Infinitus or Hippocratic AI cost. None of them published a figure on 22 September 2026, and we are not going to repeat numbers somebody else guessed.

We are also not saying Concurrence is weak. The simulation training is real, the SOC 2 audit is real, and the named deployments are real enterprise work. If you run a health system with the procurement muscle to co-build an agent, shortlist them. Our point is narrower. That buyer is not a private clinic, and a private clinic is who we built for.

Bring your own clinic to it. Thirty minutes, and you see it on your workflows.

Frequently asked questions

What are the main alternatives to Concurrence?

Corti, Infinitus, Hippocratic AI and Wai. Corti publishes usage pricing for developers, Infinitus and Hippocratic AI quote after a call, and Wai publishes its full price for private clinics on its pricing page.

How much does Concurrence cost?

Nobody outside their sales process knows. There was no pricing page on concurrence.com on 22 September 2026, and every engagement starts with a booked demo and a figure scoped to your organization.

Is Concurrence the same company as Amigo?

Yes. Amigo rebranded to Concurrence, founded by Ali Khokhar and John Xing, with an $11 million Series A reported in March 2026. Older coverage and some marketplace listings still say Amigo.

Which Concurrence alternative publishes its pricing?

Corti does, usage-based, with speech to text at $0.0065 a minute and $50 of free starting credits, read on 22 September 2026. Wai publishes its full clinic pricing on its pricing page.

What is the difference between Concurrence and Corti?

Concurrence co-builds a custom agent with your team and manages the deployment for you. Corti hands your engineers APIs and an agent framework and they build on those. A service engagement versus a toolkit.

Is Concurrence right for a private clinic?

Its own site names health systems, life sciences, the public sector and payers as buyers, read on 22 September 2026, and the model is a co-build. If you want a published price and a start date this week, that is the buyer Wai is built for.
